“I’m going to dance my way to the next planet.” – 99 Years Old Tao Porchon-Lynch

Tao Porchon-Lynch (born on August 13, 1918) is the world’s oldest yoga teacher, competitive ballroom dancer and award-winning author.

Tao felt that Yoga is the best way you can talk to your own body and your own mind.

She also said:”Yoga is the dance of life within ourselves, the dance of the eternal energy.”

At age of 99 years old, she continues teach yoga. She has a ageless body and timeless mind. She once said:”I am not interested in what I can’t do, only what I can……There is nothing you can’t do, even if it doesn’t work too well, I worked and I’m still doing it. Life doesn’t end with your order……”

Like yoga, she teaches us to embodies the nature. She said:”Nature has been my encyclopedia of life, so let nature be your guide and feel the wonder of living. Breath of eternal life force, revitalize yourself with every breath you take. Know that the secret of life dwell within you. Use the wonderful laws of nature to recycle your whole body. Nature gives us the clues to loving.”

With the spirit of yoga, she teaches us that:”The power of a smile meets everybody and it opens up the doors throughout the world.”

Time gives her age, but time is hopeless to her ageless body and mind.

Time goes with noise in the world, but time leaves her with elegance.

Her life tells us that it’s never too late to start. Don’t let your age tell you what to do or not to do. All you needed is be yourself, be the best you can be.
