“The Sound of Music” Is One of the Best Musical Our Time

“The sound of music” is one kind of musical which you watch once and you will never forget about it. This musical has its unique magic. It fills you with so much joyful energy and so much romantic feeling. It casts a spell on you to fall in love with it, to reflect on it ,and to sing its hit songs again and again. In the end, this movie softs your heart with love.

Also, the lyrics in the movie are like poety. They are written with so many great metaphor. For example: Imaging “the hill is alive with the sound of music, with songs they have sung for a thousand of years…..”; Imaging you ask the question “how do you solve the problem of Maria” by asking “How do you catch a cloud and pin it down?”, “How do you keep a wave upon the sand?” and “How do you hold a moonbeam in your hand?”.

As for the free spirit Maria, she tells herself to “have confidence in sunshine”, “have confidence in rain” and “have confidence spring will come again”.
